Funding Support for Environmental Approaches to International Touring and Arts Collaboration
The International Touring and Environmental Responsibility Fund (ITER) has opened a new round of support for performing arts professionals developing lower-carbon approaches to international touring and collaboration.
The funding is intended to support more environmentally responsible approaches to international touring and collaboration in the arts. It recognises the environmental impact of travel and aims to help the sector better understand and reduce its touring footprint while maintaining cultural exchange. Delivered through seminars and funded projects, the programme fosters cross-border partnerships to develop inclusive, low-carbon ways of sharing creative work.
Applications will be accepted from venues, touring companies and individuals from the performing arts sectors, including dance, music and theatre, based in England or Scotland to support collaborative work with arts professionals based in Denmark and Norway.
To apply for funding, the lead applicant must have participated in a seminar programme and have formed an international partnership with at least one of the other participating countries.
