Hull City Council are Looking for a Senior Zoo Ranger
Hull City Council are looking for someone to support the Zoo Manager with the management of Hull Culture and Leisure’s zoo and aviary collections across the city, ensuring that all animal care and welfare is carried out to the highest possible standard in line with the latest legislation and good practice guidance.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting all operational activity including animal care and welfare, staff management, training, performance monitoring, health and safety and customer care.
- To actively promote the service to increase visitors to our collections and ensure that income is maximised. To assist the Zoo Manager with the control of resources including budgets.
